At Muoi Jewelry, we understand that sometimes you may need to adjust your order. As our products are highly personalized and production begins swiftly after an order is placed, we have a specific timeframe for changes or cancellations.

1. Order Change or Cancellation Window:

You may request to change your order or modify the product design within 2 hours of successfully placing your order. After this 2-hour window, your order will proceed to the production phase and can no longer be changed or canceled.

2. How to Request a Change or Cancellation:

To request a change or cancellation within the 2-hour window, please send an email immediately to our customer support team at: support@muoijewelry.com.

In your email, please provide full order details (order number, customer name) and clearly state your request for a change or cancellation.

3. Note Regarding Design Modifications:

If you request a product design modification within the allowed timeframe, please be aware that this process may extend the production and delivery time of your order beyond our standard stated shipping times. We will inform you of the new estimated timeline after confirming the modification.

4. No Refunds After the 2-Hour Window:

Once the 2-hour window has passed or production has begun, we cannot accept order cancellations or offer refunds due to a change of mind. This is due to the personalized nature of our products; each item is custom-made for you and cannot be resold to other customers.
